How do I find out when my school's band  is competing?

Weekly  bands are not revealed on the contests site until the voting for that week starts. Users must login each week to see which school bands are battling each week.

I don't know what my password is. How do I login?

Use the "password reminder" feature to have your password emailed to you. A link to the password reminder page is located on the login page. Submit the username you used during registration and your password will be sent to that email address.

I know my password, but I still can't login. Why?

This could be a number of things.

(1) You don't have cookies enabled - We use cookies to pass information from page to page. This is not an uncommon practice. We do not attempt to use cookies to gather personal information about you from your computer.

(2) You do not have javascript enabled - The login and voting forms both you javascript. It must be enabled to use the contest.

(3) You are behind a firewall that is not allowing your data to be submitted - It is not uncommon for network administrators to block posts and logins to unspecified web sites. If you are attempting to register or login from a network or from work, this may be the problem.

I'm using WebTV, why can't I register or make picks?

Web TV does not sufficiently support javascript or cookies. We suggest using Internet Explorer 5.1+, Firefox 9.1 + or Netscape 6.0 +.

I'm on a network, and I can't register or make picks. Why?

If you are running a firewall on your network at work, you may be unable to submit info to web sites that have not been cleared by your Network Administrator.
